Vince Caropreso is a family man. He and his wife Melinda have five beautiful children and enjoy spending time together. He enjoys cooking Italian recipes that have been passed down by his grandmother. Vince is an avid hunter and fisherman and prefers to spend his time outdoors.

With 20 years of sales experience on his resume, Danny Markley brings a unique set of expertise to the real estate industry. Danny joins Team Caropreso after a successful career in the automotive industry and time dedicated to directing community sporting programs. Danny proves that exceptional sales and customer service are transverse across all sectors of the workforce.

Lisa, a licensed real estate agent with Team Caropreso, lives in Anne Arundel County with her family where she has spent nearly 40 years. Lisa is a dedicated career professional who has effectively managed human resources for a locally-owned small business which has translated seamlessly into her work as an Anne Arundel County real estate agent helping families carefully address their needs with new home. Meet Tim Caropreso, who is a third generation Realtor. Falling in his father’s footsteps, Tim obtained his real estate license and joined Team Caropreso with Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland. Real Estate is in Tim’s blood, literally! Tim’s passion for the industry started over 25 years ago as he recalls being around the buzzing business as a child.

After graduating from Towson University in 2016, he started full-time in law enforcement and has been full throttle ever since. Tim’s dedication to helping others and passion towards the industry, brought him to Team Caropreso. His dream is to help others with their Real Estate needs; either buying, selling or investing.

Tim purchased his home in Anne Arundel County, where he lives with his wife, Elizabeth, and their goldendoodle, Zeke. During the summer months, Tim spends the summers sailing with Elizabeth and Zeke. During the cooler months, you can spot Tim hunting with his father, Vince, or spending quality with his large Italian family.

From an early age, Josue knew real estate was his calling. During his sophomore year of high school, he set his sights on a career in the industry. A year after graduating from Meade High School in 2022, Josue obtained his real estate license and began his journey as a real estate agent. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and a Master's degree from George Washington University. She has earned several distinguished certifications, including CNE® (Certified Negotiation Expert), ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative), MRP® (Military Relocation Professional), and MilRes (Military Residential Specialist). Additionally, she is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Maryland Association of REALTORS®, and the Howard County Association of REALTORS®, underscoring her commitment to professionalism and excellence in the real estate industry.

As a lifelong Maryland resident, Rachel has lived in Howard County for over 30 years, fully embracing the vibrant community and all it has to offer. Residing in Fulton, she has raised three children who have benefited from the highly ranked Howard County Public School System. Her involvement extends beyond real estate, as she has been actively engaged in volunteering with schools and various community organizations.

Bringing 12 years of residential and commercial title processing experience, Jessica Baker is the unsung hero of Team Caropreso. As Client Care Coordinator, Jessica eliminates the added stress of the buying and selling process from each client. She manages paperwork, deadlines and all of the back-end hassles associated with a real estate transaction. 

Jessica is thoroughly trained in every facet of the real estate process and simultaneously supports both our clients and our realtors. Team Caropreso’s seamlessness is often a result of Jessica’s great attention to detail and organization. Jessica takes great pride in making buyers and sellers feel educated and comfortable in their real estate journey.  

As a Real Estate consultant and the Director of Marketing Team Caropreso, Melinda gets to combine her passion for real estate and education. Melinda became a licensed real estate agent in 2011, where she advanced to becoming her team’s leading buyer specialist. Using her interest, knowledge and experience in the industry, Melinda assisted in training and developing a closely-knit team of innovative and successful realtors, who prioritize the client experience.

Melinda graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2000 with a dual degree in Psychology & Social Work. She then went on to obtain her master’s degree in 2006. Melinda’s educational background facilitated her transition into her current team role. She enjoys managing daily operations within the office as well as overseeing the care of current and past clients. Further, her background has inspired her to be very influential in her local community. She dedicates her time to giving back to the community through fundraising and charitable events held by Team Caropreso. She is passionate about support SPAN, Inc. and Connor Sheffield Racing. Melinda has also volunteered her time at her local church.

Together with her husband, Melinda and Vince have five incredible children. Melinda enjoys spending time with her children, boating on the Magothy River, and making unique crafts for the home.
